This drawing started life as an innocent portrait of a woman who sat across from me in a Reykjavík café. Halfway through I ran into trouble because she kept turning her head. I thought back to my skeleton drawings, trying to work out what was going on, one thing lead to another, and here is the result.

(Once home, I worked back into the drawing with white-out sticky tape, and marker pens to bring out her teeth.) Though her teeth were in much better shape than shown here.
