I drew this portrait while waiting for my breakfast at the Bluenose Diner in Halifax. The original drawing is much smaller, taken again from a little pocket sketchbook.
This gentleman looked a bit like one of the pigeons that surrounded him. Although he seemed to feel ill at ease in their company, kicking them away when they got too close.
